God's vision has led us on a remarkable journey and blessed us with dedicated leaders. But to live out this mission fully, we need a new facility that can best fulfill the needs of a thriving and growing congregation. To live into God's vision for CUMC, we need a place that is safe and secure for our day care and children's ministries. A place with abundant parking, outdoor green space for picnics, playgrounds and fields; a facility accessible for everyone; and spaces for large and small groups for our church and community to gather. To learn more, check out our initial Capital Campaign Video with Pastor Jim and Pastor Mira.
We have been blessed with funds from saints before, the sale of two of our three church buildings, and many generous gifts that are helping make God's Vision, Our Mission a reality.

capital campaign update
February - March 2016 we prayed together, "Lord, what do you want to do through me?" and looked at God's generosity to us and our opportunity to bless future generations. Through many sacrificial gifts, we raised $3,345,169 and have been greatly blessed.
On April 30, 2017 we saw the initial design of the new building from our Building Committee and architects. After working with the architects and contractor we learned that we could build 65,000 square feet with separate space for all current and future ministries. To build 65,000 square feet we still need to raise $3.7-4.5 million through a second Capital Campaign and additional gifts.
$3,502,552.44 has been committed by 340 families at CUMC, with $2,871,633.90 given as of August 31, 2019. That is 82%
