This is more than a celebration, it is a chance to thank God for His faithfulness.

After years of prayer, generosity, and trusting God together, Carlisle United Methodist Church is celebrating becoming debt-free. Join us as we look back with gratitude, celebrate all God has done through our church, and look forward to the exciting future God is preparing.

Whether you've been part of CUMC for decades or you're joining us for the very first time, we'd love to celebrate with you!

As we look forward to our debt-free celebration, we invite everyone to participate in the 333 Prayer Initiative, a church-wide season of prayer and spiritual preparation.

For 30 days, we are asking our church family to spend 3 minutes each day praying for 3 things:
J - Jesus: Ask Jesus to show you how to live more like Him.
O - Opportunities: Pray for opportunities to bless and serve others.
Y - Your Church: Pray for the mission and ministry of Carlisle United Methodist Church

Ways to Participate
  1. Pray Daily - Pick up a 333 Prayer Initiative card and a three-minute sand timer at church, or download the prayer card here.
  2. Read the Celebration Meditations - Church members have written a series of brief, inspiring meditations to guide us through this season of prayer. Pick up a printed copy or download the weekly PDF here.

Worship Night of Gratitude

Sunday, October 4 | 5:00-7:00pm

Bring the whole family for an evening centered on gratitude and worship.

We'll begin with pizza and a salad bar, then spend time celebrating God's faithfulness through worship, prayer, and opportunities to express our thanks for all He has done.

This evening is designed especially with kids and families in mind, but everyone is welcome!

Come celebrate one of the most significant milestones in the life of our church.

Worship Services

9:00am - Contemporary Worship
11:00am - Traditional Worship

We're honored to welcome Bishop Burgos Nunez as our guest preacher as we celebrate God's faithfulness and look ahead to where God is leading Carlisle UMC next.

Between services (10:15-11am), enjoy refreshments and time to reconnect with friends, meet new people, and celebrate together.

Please note:

  • There will be no kids classes this morning
  • Families are encouraged to worship together during both services.

Reservations can be made beginning September 13

  • $10 suggested donation per person
  • Kids 6 and under are free
  • Seating is limited to 250 guests
  • Reservations and payment are required in advance
  • Reservation deadline: October 4
