SPY is a summer enrichment program for elementary-aged students in the Carlisle, South Middleton and Big Spring school districts. Enrollment in the free and reduced lunch program at school is a qualifying factor for participation in our program. To ensure sustained nutrition during the summer months, all SPY children receive breakfast, a hot lunch and an afternoon snack. At least 200 lunches are needed each day during our camp program
