CUMC Capital Campaign 2

Nine years ago we embarked in faith on a journey of mission and ministry together, and committed to living like Jesus. We have prayed, dreamed and given generously. God has been faithful in hearing every prayer and taking every offering to bring us to this place.

We saw excitement and tears in many eyes as God's vision became our mission as our new 61,000 square foot church building rose on South Spring Garden Street. God has blessed us incredibly as we built.

"Moving in Faith" is the theme of our second campaign led by Debbie & Rick Washinger. We will be:

  • moving locations and into a new community with opportunities for ministry indoors and outdoors and in a new area of town.
  • moving in ministry, building upon our current ministry offerings and expanding them to meet new needs, serve new people, and raise up new disciples of Jesus.
  • moving in faith, as we complete a successful first capital campaign and seek to pay off the remaining $6.9 million owed on our new church building.
