Carlisle UMC is honored to host Nami Family-to-Family, a free 8-week education program for family members, partners, and friends of individuals living with mental conditions. This course, led by the NAMI Cumberland & Perry County office, provides information, understanding, and practical strategies for supporting loved ones-- while also caring for yourself. Learn about mental health conditions and treatment options. Gain communication and problem-solving skills. Find community with others who understand your experience.
